Very basic computer skills means using a mouse, turning off and on a computer, using email, etc.

Corporate and Continuing Education
CCE offers online tutorials and an in-person class for basic computer skills. There is a cost.

Brightspace Help

At the beginning of Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters, the library offers a basic Brightspace class, which assesses the skill level of beginning students taking their first online classes.

Other Resources
Veterans Affairs, First Year Experience, and TRiO offer this support in varying ways. There are a number of resources outside of CPCC, like the Char-Meck Public Library. 

Digital Charlotte is a new initiative to bring together the digital learning resources in Charlotte.
