First, download quiz zip file from Library Quizzes page.
Follow the steps below to import quiz in Brightspace:

Go to Course Tools > Course Admin > Import / Export / Copy Components

Select "Import Components" and check "from a course package," click "Start"

Upload the quiz zip file, click "Import All Components"

When the import completes, you are given the option to "View Contents," however this only leads you to a screen that says "Welcome!"

To check if the quiz has successfully imported, check Course Tools > Quizzes
You may need to adjust student visibility settings for some of the imported quizzes.
